Well, here we are, 4 days into the new year and I haven’t created a thing yet. I am busy working on household projects. Hopefully this weekend I’ll get some time and inspiration.

I got the sweetest Mother’s Day gift from my son today. Each 1st grader was given a blank book to create and illustrate a story about what mom means to them. It was so sweet it made me cry.

It was really funny reading what he sees as my job and what means the most to him. Apparently my ability to make pancakes is really high on his list.

What a treasure!
