T Tuesday: irons in the fire edition

Welcome to another edition of T stands for Tuesday hosted by Elizabeth. Grab a cup, mug or glass…sit down and stay a while.activate c

I’ve finished my coffee and am ready to defend myself from the virus that currently has it’s hooks in Mr. G. Poor guy is wracked with chills under a pile of covers. I can’t even fathom how he can move under them…they are so heavy.

Me…well, I’m still crafting like crazy.

I’m feeling the deep need to make some art. The only problem is now I’ll have to dig my way to my art supplies. I piled tons of stuff on my workspace. ACK! I hate it when I do that…yet I still do it. Apparently I’m a slow learner.

What a re you doing today?

  1. Sorry your hubs is under the weather (and covers), hope you don’t catch it. Looks like your are busy, busy. Like the ruffled scarves. I’ve never made any but I do have one that a friend made for me.

Hope your Tuesday is a great one.

  2. your place is like my place and my place is like your place…crafty love scattered everywhere. I love this time of year when I pull out all the skills and go to town making gifts. I do not have time to post for T but instead I am visiting everyone else this week. I do wish there were more hours in the day.

  3. Such fun to see all of your creative energy in action!

Hope your Mr is feeling much much better very soon
    AND
    that he doesn’t share…

    Happy T Day to you

  4. Thanks so much for popping by. Love that you used the ‘jelly juice’ to dye a T-shirt. Hmm wish I’d thought of that LOL. I hear you with the work space. Mine too is full on every surface. I did finish one project yesterday, so I feel good about that. Love your ornaments, hope you do well at the fair. Keep smiling and creating.

  5. Perhaps you should stay away from Mr. G. in case he’s infectious. Let’s hope you (and all those covers) can nurse him back to health without you catching anything.

What a clever idea on the ornaments. I’m thinking MAGNETS made from those scrabble tiles. I think I’ve found the perfect stocking stuffer for Christmas. Now if only some scrabble tiles would fall in my lap. I think all I have left is the board from my old set!

  6. Sorry to hear that your husband is sick. I hope that the Vitamin C does its job and keeps you healthy. Looks like your creativity is working full tilt–good for you. Happy T Day!

  7. Tis the flu season for sure. My Mr. just spent two days down with some horrible stomach stuff. I retreat to the spare bedroom when that happens.
What are your Christmas fabrics going to be?

  8. Keep drinking the vitamin c and hopefully you will avoid the dreaded lurgy (hope hubby feels better soon). All those lovely crafty things on the go… the scrabble letter decs are super!

  9. I do the very same thing–pile things up on my work desk. I really have to get organized! Your projects look lovely!

  10. Hello, sorry I’m a little late. Wishing your hubs to feel better SOON! Hoping you don’t get what he has too, fingers crossed and a prayer said. LOOOOOVE all the creative projects you have going on. So awesome!! CUTE ornament idea, I’ve wanted to do scrabble ones before.
I had the best day yesterday, got some snow and did some baking and received my first postcard from my swap. Not sure today can get any better then that but we will see.
Happy T Day to you a little late.
