This is what I’m drinking this morning instead of tea. It’s a recipe I discovered on Pinterest.
I tried it yesterday since I had everything on hand and was so surprised at how good it tasted. You can’t taste the spinach at all!!

I wish I had grown some spinach this year, but with that layer of weeding fabric, I can’t plant tiny seeds, including lettuce. I can’t wait till that stuff breaks down.
