Tea Tuesday

…with iced coffee….and then about a gallon of water.

It’s a hot one today!

I had to get out there and get the massively overgrown bushes trimmed this morning before it gets really hot and humid later. Although, it was plenty hot already when I came in. YUCK!

Stop by Kimmie’s for the full list of Tea Tuesday participants.

  1. Our temps have ranged from 100 to 122 the past couple of weeks. The lower temps are only because there is dust in the sky. Now that is yuck! Hope your day is a good one. Tammy

  2. Iced coffee sounds and looks delicious…we like buying a McDonald’s ice cream cone with an empty cup and a cup of coffee and then combine the two (we share the empty cone separately)…

That is a wonderful button mosiac flower pot you have there too Halle!

Stay cool…we are headed in the hothothot direction again too = Ugh!

  3. It’s that time of year for before breakfast and after dinner gardening! I like what Nat says, “the garden is on it’s own!”

Stay cool! Happy tea day! Kimmie

  4. Hot here to but the air is on and I’m still drinking some coffee (hot). Tomorrow is supposed to be cooler so says my farmer husband.. 🙂

  5. Hi Halle, happy ‘iced coffee Tuesday’ to you. It is so hard for me to imagine that you guys in America are coming into summer. It is so cold, grey and wet here. It must be lovely to be out in your garden tho. enjoying the flowers and dosing up on vitamin D.

  6. It has been hot here, too. It was hot early this morning when I went to the market, and it is still hot. I’m sure not ready for all this heat so quickly. This 100 plus degree weather is more JULY’s temps, not June’s. Looks like you got a lgot accomplished, though. I’m with Nathalie, and won’t be doing much gardening. I weeded and watered a bit this morning before the sun came up, but that was the best I’m going to do this week. Love the iced coffee. I’d be glad to share it with you (grin).

  7. i don’t believe I’ve had iced coffee, must try that when we get some hotter weather 🙂 love your pot too, happy t day.
